Managerial change event
After repeatedly talking to the sisters you want to change to when all three sisters are in My Tore, you are asked if you want to switch when you go to leave leave.

Poogie Points
You can recieve poogie points by talking to your manager, alternating between 1 and 2 points everyday. You can hold up to 99.
Even if you forget to claim the points, you may still be able to recover them by talking to her. (Up to 14 points)
After HR200, you will recieve 10 points for each 100 levels in HR.
